Why We Hate Selfies So Much?

You must be aware of the latest trend of everyone posting self-clicked pictures or selfies these days. Even Prince Andrew has taken a selfie! That is just how far this trend can go. These so called selfies have an irritating quality in them. They are just very hard to digest. It seem silly that people have to click their own pictures doing funny things and then post it for the whole world to see. In general, we all hate selfies.

The reason why we hate selfies is that it shows a deep-seated mental problem. It is narcissism at its best, posting pictures that you have clicked of yourself. Some people are so self-obsessed that they even ‘like' their own selfies.

THINGS COUPLES DO ON FACEBOOK

Here are some reasons why we hate selfies and recommend people not to post them on social networking sites.

Why We Hate Selfies | Hate Selfies | Posting Selfies

Wannabe
Only total wannabes click their own pictures and then post it on Facebook. If you do not want to be identified as a wannabe, then you should not take selfies and post them.

Self-Obsession
Clicking pictures of yourself was seen as a self-obsession at one point of time. These days, it is seen as a slightly silly pastime. But the fact remains that only narcissistic people take and post selfies. If you really love yourself so much, then why not keep your pretty pictures with yourself.

They Are Badly Clicked
Most selfies make the person look silly as they are clicked badly. There is only so much you can do while clicking your own picture. Everyone is not Pablo Picasso to make a perfect self-portrait. That is why selfies come out looking hilarious.

PDA
As clicking pictures of themselves was not enough, some couples have started posting selfies that reveal their private moments. Selfies that portray public display of affection are the worst. They are like glossy advertisements of love that irritate your friends and alienate you from people. Keep your love private guys, we are not interested in your private moments.
