Acne is a common skin problem among teens as well as adults. Acne is basically a skin condition which is characterised by pimples, whiteheads, blackheads and cysts. It can also be due to the lack of proper skin care. However, acne is primarily caused by the buildup of bacteria and dead skin cells that clog the skin.
Even excessive secretion of testosterone hormone causes acne breakouts. Apart from these, an unhealthy diet is also a major cause behind acne. There are few foods that can increase acne breakouts.
