Diet To Prevent Season Change Sickness -
1.Mushrooms – Shitake and Maitake mushroom are the two forms of mushrooms which are believed to be the right diet to prevent season change sickness. Mushrooms are a rich source of glucan, which boosts the immune system by preventing the spread of a virus. Mushrooms also stimulates the production of white blood cells and remove toxins.
