If you have ever got stung by a bee, you would know how painful the experience is. If a person is allergic to bees, then the outcome can be life threatening.

Lavender Oil
If you don't have any irritation from essential oil. Then this is one of the best ways to treat a bee sting by soothing the wounded area. Apply lavender oil raw to get better result. Otherwise, you can use any neutral oil for diluting.

Toothpaste
By creating a tingling effect, toothpaste immediately gives you relief from the burning pain and swelling. Besides, it helps to neutralize the venom of the stinger. Keep toothpaste on the wound for almost half an hour.

Baking Soda
Paste of baking soda and vinegar is an effective solution to neutralize the acidic nature in the bee sting. Take baking soda and mix vinegar and water to make smooth paste. Apply it on the wound for 30 minutes.

Mud
What to do if you're stung suddenly while working in a garden? Mud is the best remedy in that case. It helps to heal the initial pain. Take some from your garden and mix it with water. Cover the wound with the paste and wash off after getting dry.

Honey
Are you looking for the best remedies to treat a bee sting? Dab a cotton ball into honey and tie it on the wound gently with a gauge. Keep it for 30 minutes. Honey will heal the pain and give you relief. Don't use if you have allergy from honey.

Epsom Salt
It is another solution for bee sting. Make a paste with Epsom salt and water and apply it evenly on the wound. It will give you quick relief from the burning sensation and neutralize the affects of venom.

Crushed garlic
Consider this among the natural remedies to treat a bee sting. Crush few garlic cloves and press it on the wound. Cover the area with a towel and sit calmly for half an hour.

Plantain Leaf
Press plantain leaves in between your fingers to get the juice. You can also chew the leaves to get the juice. Apply it on the wound. You will definitely get relief from burning pain.

Meat Tenderizer
A paste of meat tenderizer and water is one of the best remedies to treat a bee sting. Apply the paste on the wound and leave it for 20-25 minutes. Wash off with cold water.
