Ingredients:

  1. Milk
  2. Rice
  3. Sugar
  4. Saffron
  5. Cardamom
  6. Cashews and almonds (in pieces)

How To Make Pal Payasam?

1. In a vessel, boil milk with sugar.
2. Wash rice and add it to the boiling milk. (or you can also add the already cooked rice and stir well until it blends).
3. Stir until the rice is cooked.
4. Add cardamom powder, saffron and dry ghee fried dry nuts. Tasty pal payasam is ready to serve.
