Diwali Recipe – Stuffed Jamuns

Gulkan Gulab Jamun Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of jamun mix or (milk powder, Bisquick and butter)
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. Pinch of cardamom powder
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. Khova or gulkan

Gulkan Gulab Jamun Procedure:
1. Prepare a hard dough by combining the mix, pinch of salt and milk.
2. Make small balls of the dough and deep fry them. (You can also stuff a ball of khova or gulkan and then fry, this will avoid the centre portion not getting baked.
3. Soak the balls in the sugar syrup. Garnish with the cardamom powder. Tasty gulkan gulab jamun is ready.
