Apple Sauce Recipe To Stay Healthy

Apple Sauce Recipe -

Ingredients:

1.1 1/2 kg Apples (peeled and ground in a food processor)

2.1 L Water

3.200g Sugar

4.1 tsp lemon juice

5.Pinch of Cardamom (optional)


Method:

1.Add ground apples and bake it in a pan of water on a medium flame for about 1/2 an hour.

2.Add sugar, lemon juice and cardamom to the pan and cook on simmer for about 7 minutes. Tasty sauce ready to serve.
