The best thing about cinnamon pancakes are that you can serve it as a dessert as well as a side dish too.

- Refined flour- 2 cups
- Baking powder- 2tsp
- Cinnamon powder- 1tsp
- Vanilla essence- 1tsp
- Milk- 1cup
- Oil- 1tsp
- Water- 4tsp
- Butter- 1tsp
- Mix refined flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder in a bowl. Add milk, butter and water to the bowl. Stir till the batter becomes fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence to the batter. Keep the batter aside for about 10 minutes.
- Take a non-stick pan and add a little oil over it. Now spread the pancake batter to make a thin, flat cake.
- Once the batter starts turning brown, flip it to the other side.
Now, empty the pancake in a serving plate. The cinnamon pancakes are ready to be served with toppings of your choice: maple syrup, chocolate sauce, berries, butter or whipped cream.
