Homemade Vegetable Soup - Tapioca & Mixed Vegetable Soup Combination
Ingredients:

Homemade Vegetable Soup Preparation:
1. Boil all the vegetables in a microwave for 10-15 mins. Mash them in the boiled water.
2. In a vessel add 2 cups of water and combine the mashed vegetable mixture. Add salt, ground chilli paste or pepper and a teaspoon of corn flour. Boil until the mixture is upto soup consistency.
3. Garnish with soaked tapioca pearls and fresh cream. Tasty homemade vegetable soup is ready to serve.
