As it is summer, you would like to prepare something which cools your throat and relaxes your mood. Even after having cold water or cold drink, you still feel thirsty and the heat in your body doesn't seem to cool down! Try having mint juice which is not only good for health but also a rejuvenating drink.
Mint/pudina juice recipe, summer drink:
2 tsp pudina leaves, washed and cleaned
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tsp sugar
½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds) powder
½ tsp pepper powder
Directions to make mint/pudina juice:
1. Grind the pudina leaves with water in a grinder.
2. Mix all the ingredients with the grounded pudina and water. Mix well with a spoon and serve it cold.
Garnish with mint leaves. Serve mint/pudina juice chilled.
