3 Carrot Juice Recipes

Carrots are one of the most nutritious vegetables. The crunchy vegetable is rich in vitamins and minerals that are good for the body and the skin. Few health benefits of carrots are; it prevents cancer, ageing, heart diseases etc. Apart from protecting the body from diseases, carrots help you to get glowing and flawless skin. Carrots also have medicinal value as they are natural antiseptics. To get strong teeth, grab a bite of this power food. If you got a cut on your skin, just rub a slice of carrot. If you want to lose weight, have carrot juice regularly. You will stay fit and have a glowing skin even when you are dieting. Here are few ways to make tasty carrot juice every day.

Carrot juice recipes:

Carrot, broccoli and beetroot juice recipe


  • Broccoli- 1 cup
  • Carrots- 7-8
  • Beetroot- 1 or 2
  • Salt (optional)


  • Wash the vegetables. Cut the ends of the carrots and break the broccoli into florets. Cut the carrots into medium sized pieces so that they blend easily.
  • Slice the beetroots. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a juice glass. If you want to add salt, add and stir well.

Carrot and apple juice recipe


  • Carrots- 8
  • Apple- 2
  • Ginger- 1 small pinch


  • Wash the carrots and cut their two ends. Wash the apples and peel if required. Cut the ends of the apples. To blend them easily, cut the carrots and apples in medium sized pieces and then add in the blender.
  • Blend carrots, apple and a pinch of ginger in a blender. You can add little water if required. Blend until smooth and then serve. You can add few ice cubes to have chilled vegetable juice.

Tomato carrot juice recipe


  • Tomatoes- 2-3
  • Carrots- 6-8
  • Celery (coriander leaves)- 100 gm
  • Garlic clove- 1
  • Ginger- a pinch


  • Wash the tomatoes, celery and carrots. Cut the ends of the carrots and celery. Cut the carrot into medium sized pieces.
  • Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Strain and serve it chilled.

These are a few carrot juice recipes that can be made easily using just a few ingredients. If you love chilled vegetable juice, add ice cubes while blending.
