Prawns Fried With Vermiceli
Fried prawns dipped in tomato ketchup or chilli sauce can be the best appetizer for the soggy monsoons. If you add vermicelli noodles to this easy prawn recipe, the dish gets a new a new exotic flavour. Vermicelli noodles or sevai in Hindi, gives an interesting texture to the fried prawns.

Ingredients:

Tiger Prawns 10 (shelled and cleaned)

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Vermicelli noodles (handful)

Green chillies 2 (mined)

Chaat masala 1 tsp

Salt as per taste

Oil 3 tbsp

Procedure For Making Fried Prawns With Vermicelli:

Marinate the prawns with ginger garlic paste, green chillies and salt. Leave it for half an hour.

Soak the vermicelli noodles in warm water for ten minutes.

Strain the noodles and keep them aside.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Roll the marinated prawns with as much marinade as possible.

Now roll these prawn pieces in vermicelli and then fry it for 5-7 minutes.

The prawns should be fried on low flame. Cover the pan.


Serve these fried prawns coated with vermicelli hot!
