Spicy Chicken Fry Recipe With Video

Ingredients

  • Chicken- 250 grams
  • Curd- 1 cup
  • Corn Flour- 5tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1tsp
  • Turmeric- 3/4th tsp
  • Pepper powder- 3/4th tsp
  • Egg- 1
  • Lemon juice- 2tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Oil- 2 cups

Procedure

  1. Add curd to the chicken for marination.
  2. Then add corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder and lemon juice.
  3. Then add salt, ginger garlic paste and break an egg into the mixture.
  4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. If the mixture seems watery, add some more corn flour to thicken it.
  5. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 to 1 ½ hours.
  6. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan. When it steams, add the marinated chicken to it.
  7. Fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes on medium flame until it turns brown and crisp
  8. Serve the spicy fried chicken with onion rings and chopped lemon slices.
