Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! If you are bored of having bread omelette and regular sandwich, then try this chicken and cheese grilled sandwich recipe. It is easy to make and doesn't require much time too! Chicken and cheese sandwich is a filling breakfast recipe which is also healthy as chicken has nutrients and proteins.
Grilled chicken and cheese sandwich, healthy breakfast recipe:
1 cup chopped chicken
1 onion sliced
' capsicum sliced
1 tomato sliced
' cup mayonnaise
low fat cheese slices
' cup margarine or soft butter
whole wheat bread slices
black pepper powder
Directions to make grilled chicken and cheese sandwich recipe:
1. Take the bread slices and cut out the corners. Apply butter/margarine, mayonnaise, chilli sauce and then put cheese slices on the bread slices.
2. Now put onion, capsicum and tomato slices to cover the bread. Place chopped chicken pieces. You can also use fried chicken pieces to make it crisp. You can pour little mayonnaise if you love cheesy bites. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt and join the bread slices. Gill for 4-7 minutes till the bread slices become golden brown in colour and looks crisp.
