If you are really hungry after a long day at work, then some fried eggs are the best option for you. Just take a couple of eggs out of the refrigerator and fry them up. Usually all egg recipes are very easy to make. Eggs cook quickly and they are nutritious too. Be it continental or Indian egg recipes, you can easily rustle them up in your kitchen.

Indian egg recipes have an extravagence of Indian spices in them. But these too are easy egg recipes nonetheless. For example, an easy recipe like egg bhurji can be prepared within 10 minutes. Other Indian egg recipes like paratha take some time. But making any of these recipe is not rocket science.
