What You Should NEVER Do To Your Face
There are things you should never do if you want a clear skin, and topping that list is touching your face too often.
Your face is the most exposed part of your body. Every day it faces the gruelling onslaught of pollution, scalding heat of the sun, to top it off, layers and layers of pore-clogging makeup!

If that is not enough, your facial skin tends to be thinner than your body, especially area around your eyes. Making it twice as susceptible to show signs of ageing.
We FEEL we are taking care of our skin enough. What with slapping on the sunscreen, hydrating the system with enough moisture and diligently following the golden rule of cleansing, toning and moisturising.
In spite of all this, are there still occasional breakouts that appear on the skin? Pesky blackheads keep colonizing on your nose? Skin is either too oily or excessively dry.
It is not just WHAT you are doing, but HOW you are doing, which equally matters. For instance, touching face unwittingly transfer the germs on your hands to the face, leading to breakouts.
Also, here are a few other things that you should never do to your skin in order to keep it clear, spotless and healthy.

Caring Too Much
Some people go by the line "little is good, more is better". If you fall in the category of cleansing face four times in a day, moisturising 8 times and scrubbing twice and trying at least 5 different varieties of moisturisers in a week, then you need to stop all that, now!
Too much scrubbing and cleaning only does more damage than any good. Give your skin some room to breathe. And follow the instruction given on the label precisely.

Not Removing Makeup
There is no excuse big enough to skip on this beauty ritual. When you sleep with your makeup on, the chemical residue from makeup gets deposited into your skin tissues, clogging pores, rapturing the skin layer.
Wrecking 1 month's worth of damage on to your skin in one night. So, keep wet tissues at handy. Remove every last layer of the makeup, before you call it a night. By far, this is the most important things to avoid for a clear skin.

Using Same Products All Year Round
Another habit that harms skin is using the same products all year round. Your skin's texture and oil balance changes with every season, and so does its requirement. Using your deep-hydrating moisturiser from winter in summer will only serve to clog the pores and make your skin look greasy. Know your skin's requirement and accordingly change the product.

Picking On Pimples
This is wrong for two reasons. One, picking pimples can lead to scars and scars never fade. Second, your hand is pretty much a breeding ground for bacteria. Bringing it anywhere near your face is asking for more angry pus-filled zits.

Scrubbing Too Much
Your skin needs to be exfoliated of the dead skin cells, YES, but not of the skin itself. Scrubbing cleanses pores and reveals clear skin underneath, no doubt, but when you overdo it, it will irritate your skin, leading to acne.
Best skin care habit is to go easy on your skin. Keep scrubbing limited to once a week and use ingredients that are best suited to your skin type.
