2 cups of sugar
¼th cup of lemon juice
1/4th cup of water
Waxing strip

How To Make
In a pan, heat all the ingredients together, over a low flame. Keep it on simmer for about 25 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid burning. When the liquid turns from golden brown to amber dark and gets a sticky consistency, turn off the flame. Let the solution cool to room temperature. When slightly tepid, apply a thin coat of the wax on the chin. Press a waxing strip over the wax and rip it off in one quick stroke in the opposite direction. Repeat until all the hair comes off!


Another natural way to get rid of chin hair is with the help of the age-old fenugreek seed. Coarse granules of fenugreek seed penetrate the skin tissues and remove dead cells, which in turn loosen up hair follicles, making it fall overtime.

What You Need
1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds

How To Make
Soak fenugreek seeds overnight and grind it into a rough paste in the morning. Apply the paste on the chin area. Let it sit for 20 minutes. When you feel the paste drying and flaking, start scrubbing it rigorously. Scrub for about 5 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Follow it up with a soothing lotion. Repeat everyday.

What You Need
½ teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon honey

How To Make
Mix both the ingredients together in a bowl and make it into a smooth paste. Apply it on the chin area. Let it sit till dry. Scrub and rinse clean. Repeat twice daily.


Green Gram

Another classy home remedy for chin hair. Green gram is a rich source of vitamin A and C, plus it has a coarse texture that can remove the thickest of facial hair.

100 gm powder green gram
1 tablespoon sandalwood powder
1 tablespoon orange peel powder
Milk as required

How To Make
Mix all the ingredients together into a fine paste. Apply it to your chin and wait till dry. Then scrub it in a circular motion for about 5 minutes. Rinse it with cold water and pat dry. Apply a few drops of baby oil to soothe the skin.


Wheat Bran

1 tablespoon Wheat bran
1 tablespoon milk
10 drops of rose water

How To Make
