Sunscreen is an important part of a skin care regimen. A sunscreen prevents you from ageing early. If you don't apply a sunscreen then you have a higher risk of getting face wrinkles, spots and fine lines at a very early age.
Sun rays damage the skin and also darken your complexion. Most people get rashes on their skin when their skin is exposed to the sun. To prevent all this, we use a sunscreen that offers protection to our skin.
However, a sunscreen that we purchase from a market is chemical based. It contains many chemicals that protect our skin from the harsh rays of the sun, but these chemicals also have some unwanted effects on the skin. These products are expensive as well.
Now, there is no need to buy a sunscreen, if you can make your own sunscreen at home easily. Yes, you read it right. There are some natural ingredients that have a natural sun protecting factor (SPF). When we combine these ingredients together, their SPF will increase and offer a best protection to your skin from the sun.
Natural home-made sunscreens can also make your face look healthy and glowing, apart from protecting it from the sun. Here are some best home-made sunscreen recipes. Have a look.
