By Kumutha

Flaky dandruff making your hair shed and confidence dwindle? Rest easy, what you need is herbal remedies to get rid of dandruff.

Before we explore the homemade masks to get rid of dandruff though, you need to first need to understand what triggers the condition!

dandruff

Dandruff happens due to the development of yeast-like fungus on the scalp or due to dry scalp. It is often accompanied by excessive itchiness and formation of dry skin flakes.

Dandruff shampoo, though effective, most often than not, is chocked with toxic chemicals, artificial preservatives and synthetic derivatives.

In the short run it may create the impression of having cleared the dandruff. However, what it does really is strip your scalp of natural oils, choke hair follicles and weaken hair root, which in turn causes hair loss.

Natural ingredients on the other hand are free of chemicals, skin-safe, promote regeneration of new hair follicles and clear dandruff 99% of the time.
