It is a natural moisturizer that exfoliates the skin by removing dead skin and promoting new cell growth. You can cleanse as well as moisturise your skin with this paste.
Olive oil and strawberries: Mash strawberries in a bowl and add 2-3 tsp of olive oil. Mix well to make a paste. Apply on the feet and massage for 4-5 minutes. It is a natural moisturizer that can also be used to exfoliate. You can also add milk to it.
Milk: Massage your feet with milk once every day. You should do this in your free time as the massage can turn up to be beneficial when done for 15 minutes. Wash with a mild soap and apply a body lotion.
Always wash your feet and keep them clean. The best time to apply is at night, before going to bed. This way your moisturiser stays for a long time and acts to be more effective.
