Those who have a vision that is not blurred by mental confusion,Will not eat the meat of dead carcasses.

The disgrace of meat eating is focused upon in this verse, by making the practice of meat eating an outcome of clouded vision, obviously arising out of Tamasika Guna as explained in Bhagavad Gita (14,13) and (18, 39).
