Soundarya Lahari Shloka 10: Know The Benefits And Mode Of Worship
Soundarya lahari stotra was partly composed by the Great Adi Shankaracharya who conveyed his devotion to Tripurasundari at her feet. He praises the beauty and grace of mother divine. Soundarya Lahari Yantra Puja Protects the devotee from all ills, grants the power to attract people, fulfils desires and help win any venture that the seeker undertakes. Each sloka of Soundarya lahari carries immense power and imparts knowledge, courage, and success in endeavor. It takes roughly about one hour to complete the chanting of the entire soundarya lahari.

"Sudhaadhaaraasaaraischaranayugalaantharvigalitha-ihi

Avaapya Svaam Bhoomim Bhujaganibhamadhyushtavalayam
Svamaathmaanam Kruthvaa Swapishi Kulakunde Kuharini!"
Meaning
Moistening the seventy-two thousand nerves in the body by flooding nectar from your feet, you the kundalini, descends from the sahasrara to the lower end of Sushumna, coiling like a sepent and reach the mooladhara chakra which is shaped like a lotus stalk, with a hole in the middle and you stay there.
Mode of worship
1. Complete your morning cleansing rituals and get ready for the puja,

3. Facing east direction, be seated.
4. Keep the Sri Yantra or Devi's photo before you
5. Chant this sloka 1000 times daily for 6 days.

7. Offer Cooked rice, plantains and juicy fruits.
