Navratri 2023: Bring These 5 Auspicious Items During Navratri To Get Maa Durga's Blessings
Navratri is a very important festival that celebrates the nine forms of Goddess Durga and this year it will start from Sunday, 15 October 2023. Goddess Durga is associated with the victory of good over evil and is said to provide protection, courage, and success to her devotees.
On these 9 auspicious days, devotees engage in rituals and pray with utmost devotion to make her happy. Also, there are a few auspicious things that one needs to keep in the house, in order to make Goddess Durga happy. Check out the list here.

Durga Beesa Yantra
During Navratri, people perform rituals to attain success and power. In such a situation, both positive and negative powers are awakened. To prevent negative powers from entering the house, keep the proven Durga Beesa Yantra in the house. This yantra protects the house and the people living in it from evil powers. Another big advantage of this is that this instrument attracts money. Unnecessary expenses stop. It is best if twenty yantras are accomplished during Navratri.
Footprints Of Maa Durga
By placing the footprint of Goddess Durga near the place of worship in the house, the atmosphere of the house remains auspicious. The worship being performed also gives the desired results. The house is filled with positive energy. Therefore, this Navratri put the footprint of Goddess in your place of worship. But keep in mind that the footprint should not be placed on the floor so that your feet are saved from falling on that footprint.
Kalash Or Auspicious Pot
If you wish to worship various forms of Goddess Durga during the nine days of Navratri, then definitely install a Kalash in the house. Gods reside in the Kalash and this creates a positive ambience in the house. Brass or silver kalash is considered best but if you wish, you can also bring an earthen kalash. This Kalash should be worshiped properly and filled with water.
Durga Maa Idol Or Photo
If you get photos of nine forms of Goddess Durga, then it is great, otherwise if you get photos of only the Goddess in her blessing posture, then that is also fine. You can install the Goddess' photo in the house during Navratri. If you are bringing an idol then keep in mind that it should be worshiped daily.
Triangular Flag
Goddess Durga is extremely fond of the red color and likes it very much. Therefore, if a red triangular flag is placed at the place of worship then the Goddess is pleased. First keep this flag near the Goddess, then after Navami, put the flag on the dome of the puja temple. Goddess' presence will remain and there will be no negative influence on the house.
