Magh Purnima 2024: Don't Do These Things Otherwise Goddess Lakshmi Will Be Angry
According to the Panchang, Magh Purnima falls on the second full moon of 2024. Because it falls in the month of Magh, it is called Maghi Purnima. This year Magh Purnima will be observed on 24 February. Lord Vishnu is duly worshiped in the month of Magh due to which his devotees get many benefits. Along with this, troubles due to the wrong position of planets, constellations in birthcharts, defects etc. are also removed.
By taking a bath in Brahma Muhurta on the day of Magh Purnima, a person attains salvation after death. Also, the blessings of Lord Vishnu always remain. Lord Vishnu is worshiped with incense sticks and chanting mantras specially.

The day of Magh Purnima is dedicated to Lord Shri Hari Vishnu Narayan. Being a full moon day, this date is also related to Goddess Lakshmi. Some activities are prohibited on the day of Magh Purnima. Let us know which tasks should not be done even by mistake on the day of Magh Purnima.
What You Should Not Do On The Day Of Magh Purnima
1. Do Not Speak Ill Of Others
On the holy festival of Magh Purnima, one should not speak good or bad towards anyone else. One should not criticize anyone or use bad words towards anyone. By doing this, Goddess Lakshmi gets angry forever, hence control your speech and always use sweet words.
2. Don't Forget To Cut Hair And Nails
Hair, beard, and nails should not be cut on the auspicious occasion of Magh Purnima. One should not do such work on Purnima Tithi so that Goddess Lakshmi does not get angry.
3. Avoid Wearing Black Clothes
Wearing black clothes on the day of Magh Purnima is considered prohibited. Doing this generates negative energy. Mental stress increases. Brain memory starts decreasing.
4. Don't Insult Anyone
On the day of Magh Purnima, respect the elders of the house and show affection to the younger ones. Also, do not misbehave with any woman, and do not use abusive words. A woman is the form of Narayani. Insulting elders cause Pitra Dosh.
5. Wake Up Before Sunrise
One should wake up before sunrise on the auspicious occasion of Magh Purnima. One should not sleep late on this day. Doing this creates bad luck in your destiny and spreads negativity. The house should be kept clean so that there will be sweetness in the family atmosphere which will bring in the arrival of wealth and Lakshmi.
6. One Should Not Fight
There should be no fighting or conflict on the day of Magh Purnima. By doing this, happiness and peace in the family get disturbed and mutual coordination starts breaking down. Mother Lakshmi gets angry which affects the family and financial situation.
