What Happens When You Divulge Your Secrets To Someone? Chanakya Niti Explains.

Chanakya niti is a compilation of Acharya Chanakya's life tenets whose advice for living a happy and successful life, benefitted even the emperor Chandragupta. Chandragupta rose to the position of an emperor following every bit of advice given by his Acharya Chanakya. Life is a game of chess which expects you to play according to the rules to get near the result. Most of us do not know the rules of the game and hence miserably fail.
Success is achieved by following certain measures in each and every aspect of life and winning at every step. Following the game changing revelations of Chanakya, we are assured of success in our lives. For instance, as per Chanakya, we should not share some innermost secrets with anyone as doing so will incur a huge personal loss. Here is how, according to Chanakya.
Chanakya was not only adept in the warfare tactics which led to Chandragupta's win against the Nandas, he laid effective rules for the post war scenario as well. He displays through examples and tenets the way that we have to choose in order to live a successful life. Chandragupta won in his personal as well as professional life, by following all the tenets that Chanakya taught him.
Satisfaction and success are two parallel facets of life that can rarely be experienced together. But with Chanakya's niti shastra, even that is possible. According to him, we must not divulge our secrets to anyone. When things get impossible, you are naturally forced to tell someone about it, so that you feel unburdened. But it may lead to a catastrophe if this person who carries your secrets decides to make it public. By telling everything to others, we don't succeed as well.
Chanakya's ethics say that any information about money or our monetary status should not be whispered in another's ear. If you say that you are facing a monetary crunch, your respect in their eyes will certainly jerk down and no one will come to help you even if you request. Finally, you will become an object of ridicule, and forced to face the music yourself all alone.
If you have anything about which you are in grief or any personal secret which is likely to affect your image by divulging it, do never tell anyone about it. They may tell others about it, if they are loose tongued, or may just make fun of you or laugh at your problems.
Never reveal anything that will most definitely give a bad impression about you to everyone. If someone praises you or insults you, don't react to it openly. Nurse it or treasure it but don't display your feelings. Otherwise, you will lose your respect in society due to that.
According to Chanakya you should not confess your mistakes to anyone. This information can be misused by them and additional problems may be created. So don't divulge about yourself to anyone.
