Ram Navami 2023: Can You Believe That Jaipur Royal Family Are Descendants Of Lord Rama

Our country is a melting pot of varied cultures and people carry different religious beliefs and follow them. Out of all beliefs and forms, it is Lord Ram who is widely popular for the values he lived for and the exemplary valour that he used to eliminate Ravana the king of Lanka. He is called Maryada purushottam and Lord Vishnu's seventh incarnation. Ramayan and Ramcharitmanas are two works of epic which are followed till date.
Jaipur Royal Family
Lord Shri Ram had three brother of whom Lakshmana was the closest. Lord Rama was sent on exile for 14 years but returned Ayodhya after completing the impossible feat of killing Ravana. Rama ruled for 1000 years after returning from exile and also had two sons namely Lava and Kusha whose dynasty is believed to have continued up to now. Surprisingly the royal family of Jaipur claim that they are descendents of Kusha and provide genuine documents to prove the same point. Princess Divyakumari has a pamphlet which carries all the names of the Ikshvaku vamsha including that of Rama, in the correct sequential order.
Ram Janma Bhoomi Litigation
During the world famous litigation that ensued over the Ayodhya dispute, Supreme Court questioned Ram's Lawyer to know if there is any descendent of Lord Rama who is alive. The lawyer, who did not know the whereabout of Ramas family had failed to respond to this in the appropriate manner. It is none other than the families with the famous surname Kushwaha or prove it from the pages of history.
Divya Kumari Provides Proof
Diya Kumari, incidentally is a BJP MP from Rajsamand and a royalty herself, announced publicly that she was the descendent of Lord Ram. Jaipur kingdom hails from the Suryavamsha or the family of Ikshvaku. It was Brigadier Bhavani Singh, an erstwhile royal scion, produced very ancient maps of Ram Janmabhoomi and Ayodhya, which were made public. So they were in the lineage of Rama and the 309th descendents of his illustrious family.
According to this record, Sawai Jai Singh as the 289th descendant and Maharaja Bhawani Singh is the 307th descendant. There are 9 documents and 2 maps which suggest that Sawai Jai Singh 2 ruled Jai singh pura and Ayodhya both and as per an order of 1776, the Jai SInghpura is still under the control of the Kushwaha.
As per Divya Kumari, descendants of Rama are scattered all over the globe which includes the family of Divya Kumari as well. In 1992, Brigadier Bhavani Singh handed over the map and other documents to the court. Nath, the famous historian says in his book 'The Jai Singhpura of Sawai Raja Jai Singh at Ayodhya', that it is the Kushwaha family that has complete rights over Ayodhya Ram Mandir. Nath has provided document to prove it along with its lease history and other legal documents.
Nath, proves that Jaisinghpur is the birth place of Lord Ram which was later acquired after the death of Aurangzeb. Jai Singh built Ram Janmabhoomi temple according to the hindu scriptures in Ayodhya and the fort is built 40 feet off the banks of Ramchandrapura Saryu.
Connection Of Rani Padmini
One more breathtaking fact about this family is that the illustrious Rani Padmini Devi of Jaipur belongs to the Kushwaha family. This was aired on an English Channel as well. Even today they follow Lord Rama's virtues and they would not bear any allegations to be made on them and they prefer to lose their lives to being victims of barbs and insults.
