Chaitra Navratri 2024 Day 4 Maa Kushmanda: For the first three days of Navratri, the devotees worshiped the Mother with great devotion and pomp. Friday, 12 April 2024 is the fourth day of Navratri in which Goddess Kushmanda is worshipped.
Maa Kushmanda is the fourth form of Goddess Durga and she is considered the goddess of brightness by worshiping her, a person gets qualities like fame, strength, and intelligence along with brightness.

Goddess Kushmanda is depicted as an eight-armed Goddess. In seven of her hands, she holds a kamandalu, bow, arrow, lotus, a jar of nectar, mace, and a discus. With the eighth hand, she holds a rosary, which has all the eight Siddhis and nine Niddhis. She rides a lion which represents 'Dharma'.
