Navarna Mantra is dedicated to the upasana of Chandi. Hence "Om Aim Hreem Kleem Chamundayai Vichche" is the primordial chandi mantra that is known to benefit sadhaks on both fronts-material and spiritual. The name "Chandi" in Sanskrit means "chand" which means "tear apart."

She tears apart our ego, and six lethal emotions that are found in all human beings.
