Buddha Purnima 2023: Namu Myoho Renge Kyo Mantra To Attain Buddhahood In Buddhism
Namu Myoho Renge Kyo is a Japanese phrase chanted by the followers of Nichiren Buddhism. When translated, they mean "Devotion to the Mystic Law of the Lotus Sutra" or "Glory to the Dharma of the Lotus Sutra". Buddha Purnima is celebrated 05, May 2023.

Nichiren was a priest of Buddhism who gave the phrase to the mantra. This lotus sutra allows us to enable this law in our lives. By practicing Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, you can work on expressing your buddha nature.

Firstly, chanting even for 15 minutes will seem very difficult. With time, you can pick up and lengthen the duration. In life, when we are faced with adverse circumstances, we naturally tend to chant more with a view to erasing the troubles.
It is perfectly fine to do so.There is no compulsion to chant it for prescribed number of times, it is only that you should feel happy and satisfied that the mantra chanting refreshed your senses.

You do not need to chant it loudly and it is a not compulsory to chant it in a whispering tone either. The purpose of this chant is to recognize Buddhahood within you and you will be more optimistic and positive.
