The presiding deity of Mrigashira Nakshatra is Soma, the Moon God. The lunar influence adds emotional depth and sensitivity to the characteristics associated with this Nakshatra. Mars is considered the ruling planet of Mrigashira Nakshatra. The influence of Mars is believed to contribute traits such as energy, assertiveness, and a desire for exploration to individuals born under this Nakshatra.
