Having 27 sections of ashta dhatu material, and 18 arms, it is classified as one of the most beautiful idols of Durga. About 14 feet in height and 11 feet in width, It is built on a land whose extent is about two thousand square feet.

Devi is flanked by Hanuman on the right and a statue of Bhairava on the left. Lord Shiva is seated on the top of the chariot with Lord Ganesha seated as a charioteer.. More than 100 sculptors have worked together day and night to create this wonderful idol.

'Maa Bahrare Wali Mata' temple: This temple is located on the top of the hills in a junble near Muraina and it is unquestionably mysterious as the idol of Durga grows in size during the nine Navratri days.
