The time when my life was down and out in life, you walked in like a god send angel. There was something in you that attracted me. It was your simplicity or may be the nervous smile in your face. You were being ragged by your seniors among whom I was the biggest culprit. That was love at first sight although you never agree love can happen at once.

I still remember the day I proposed you when I was shivering and you found it a bit funny and you were correct it was very unromantic. You took your time and finally accepted in the middle of a road. I though that day I was the luckiest fellow in town. Passing by your school next day I felt your presence and know I was in love, madly in love.

That day and today well, time has just passed by. Time of laughter, time of joy, time of fights and time when you shed tears. The thing which has however remained constant is our love and mutual respect for each other. I owe you a lot as you stood by me in the most difficult of times and gave me the strength I needed at that time.

Staying away from you has been the most difficult of things to do. I miss those days when we used to go for those bike rides and then relax sitting on the lovely golf course. The days we spend sitting by the lake. To define it the lines of a great song "those were the best days of my life" . Life is tough when I think I am thousands of kilometers away from you, but it gets easy when I know you are always there for me.

The whistling pine tress are still there, so is the lake. I will soon be back and then we will again have our best of times. Scream, laugh and have fights. I just want time to fly, fly as fast as it can so that I can meet you, see you talk to you and hear you voice.
