Ingredients
  • Sandwich bread - 4 slices

    Pineapple crush - ¼th cup

    Honey - ¼th cup

    Butter - ¼th cup

    Roasted peanuts (dehusked) - a handful

    Pineapple essence - 2-3 drops

    Hung curd - 2 tbsp

    Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp

    Pineapple pieces - for garnishing

How to Prepare
  • 1. Cut the edges of the bread slices.

    2. Spread the pineapple crush on a slice.

    3. Place another slice on top.

    4. Spread honey on the second layer of the bread and close it with another slice.

    5. Spread butter on the third layer.

    6. Crush a handful of roasted peanuts in a mortar using a pestle.

    7. Add it on the buttered layer.

    8. Gently spread and press the peanuts onto the bread.

    9. Add another slice on top.

    10. Take hung curd in a bowl.

    11. Add drops of the pineapple essence.

    12. Add powdered sugar.

    13. Mix thoroughly into a smooth consistency.

    14. Ice the layered sandwich evenly with the hung curd mixture on top and on all four sides.

    15. Garnish it with pineapple pieces on top.

    16. Freeze it for 2-3 hours.

    17. Remove from the freezer and let it rest for 15 minutes.

    18. Slice it carefully.

    19. Serve.

  • 1. If you do not have pineapple crush, you can just blitz pineapple pieces and make it into a pulp.
  • 2. You can use salted or unsalted butter, according to your preference.
