Mocha Cashew Butter Recipe
This mocha cashew butter is creamy, salty-sweet and full of delicious mocha flavour. Flavoured with coffee, chocolate and cashews, this recipe is easy to make.
It is healthy, yet indulgent, which is perfect for slathering on the Christmas morning toast, or on some grain crackers or even for adding into the morning smoothie!
Whip up some cocoa mocha cashew butter and see the magic of this Christmas-special beverage by the Executive Chef, Anil Dahiya, The Bristol, Gurugram.

Salted Cashews - 3 cups
Softened Butter - 1/2 Cup
Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips - 1/2 Cup
Instant Coffee Granules - 2 tsp
Water - 2 tsp

Take a jar of a food processor.
Place cashews in the jar.
Process the cashews in the food processor.
Process the cashews until they are finely ground.
Cover the fine grounded cashews.
Add half of the butter to the cashews.
Again process it in the food processor, until it becomes smooth.
Transfer the smooth mixture/dough to a small bowl.
Take a small saucepan.
Put the chocolate chips, coffee granules in the saucepan.
Put the remaining butter in the saucepan with chocolate chips and coffee granules.
Add water gradually to it.
Stir slowly all the ingredients in the saucepan on low heat.
Now put the cashew mixture into it.
Stir the mixture continuously.
Top with additional cashews if desired.
When completed with cooking, take out the mixture on to the plate.
Store the mixture in the refrigerator until further use.
