An adequate amount of protein is necessary to maintain your muscle tissue and for your baby to grow well. Eggs, one of the healthiest foods are rich in Vitamin D which is essential for maintaining a healthy metabolism and absorption of nutrients.

Oats- Oats is one of the healthiest foods and the whole world is moving towards it. Being rich in complex carbohydrates, it will make you feel full. Also rich in soluble fibres it washes off all toxins from our body. Add foods like tofu, soy beans or walnuts to it to complete your meal as they are rich sources of omega-3 fatty acids.

Olive Oil- Fat is the essential building block for hormones. Olive oil is rich in unsaturated fats and vitamin E. Add it to your salads or any other preparations to add that extra amount of good fats to your diet.
