8. Try to rub fingertips softly if the itching is intense. Never use nails or any sharp end object to scratch the red marks on the skin.

9. Massage the dry, itchy skin with olive or almond oil to reduce the chances of getting stretch marks. This method also helps get rid of itching during pregnancy.

10. Mix almond oil with cocoa butter and apply on the itchy skin. It provides relief from itching and keeps the skin moisturized.
