Pregnancy is the most exciting experience that women can ever have. Holding your little one in your arms will take you literally to the heaven of motherhood. If it's true that you gained your weight in nine months, expecting to get back in shape after pregnancy in one week is not practical.
Getting back in shape after pregnancy needs some patience. Your body has undergone many magical changes to bring your little one into this world. So, give a little time for your body to recover. Calculate your body mass index and find out the required range of body mass index that is normal for you. Then, start your weight loss regimen and be constant and strict on it.
Most women hesitate to spend considerable time and effort in reducing their postnatal weight thinking that it is not so easy to get back in shape after pregnancy. Healthy diet
