Art Affairs - Indian Artists Creating Magic

1.Srividya GS - Srividya is essentially a water colour artist. She has been painting since the age of 5. she pursued Arts and has a Masters Degree. She also combines other mediums ike charcoal and dry pastels. She conducts workshop for adults and has had a solo at Vinnyasa Premier Art Gallery and a group show at the Swasti Contemporary Art Gallery in aid of the HCG Cancer Foundation.
2.Shahul Kollengode - Shahul is from a small village in Kerala, presently working in Dubai as a designer and artist. Shahul started painting at the age of 7 and has formal training in fine arts. He enjoys working in modern and abstract expressions. His style always has a prime colour that stands out in his work. His eye for detail and the thick impasto textures makes his work unique as an Indian Artist.
3.Amrish Malvankar - An architect by profession, Amrish is a graduate from the prestigious Sir JJ School of Architecture from Mumbai. His paintings are a natural extension of his creativity. His unusual mix of colors and medium are all part of his extensive palette of expressions. This Indian Artist presents pieces from his latest collection titled, “Remembrance of Me" which encompasses his memories and experiences in life as he traveled across India for his livelihood and at the same time searched for his roots introspecting on the importance of the simple gifts that life brings your way to complete you as a human being. Amrish has been paiting on large canvases for six years and Amrish's flair for bold colors is very prominent in his work.
4.Sanjay Sharma - Sanjay Sharma holds a Bachelor Degree in Fine arts from the Barkhatullah University, Madhya Pradesh. This Indian Artist works with modern techniques and other devices to illuminate and bring to life a surface that conjures up experiences through colour, shapes and lines. One senses a pictorial representation, of attitude and free associations that swivel between dreams and reality. He has held various exhibitions across the country.
5.Dr. Amit Rajvanshi - Born in Indore, Dr. Amit Rajvanshi holds a Doctorate in Fine Arts. He presents his latest series of work 'Pranay'. In this series he portrays the peacock as a lover. The painter protrays the external beauty of the peacock along with an emotional aspect. He uses acrylic and charcoal medium. Flexible forms, bright colors and different kind of textures are the elements of his paintings. This Indian Artist has participated in various art shows at the national level and hosted 3 solo shows. He currently teaches Art at the Government College of Ajmer.
