Partying but scared to booze? The tension of having a hangover stops many people from drinking so here are ways to prevent having a hangover. Hangover not only makes you weak but is also the reason behind a spoil party!

Prevent hangover:

1.It is very important to have drinks with little filled stomach if you want to prevent a hangover. Having drinks empty stomach easily leads to hangover. Eating food helps to reduce the acetaldehyde (the main cause of hangover) in the stomach. So, don't just stick to greasy snack.

2.Always look at the quantity of intake if you want to prevent hangover. To cure having a hangover always see that the intake is limited. While drinking, people don't get hit instantly and so they continue boozing which after 30 minutes makes them tipsy.

3.Notice which drink makes you drunk and also the amount of intake. If you know your limit, you can easily cure hangover. See on which spirit your body reacts and act accordingly. Avoid such drinks to stay normal and behave properly even after being drunk.

4.Women easily face hangover due to their lower metabolic rate. Low metabolic rate is mainly due to body fat and low levels of alcohol de-hydrogenase (an enzyme which breaks down alcohol).

5.It is believed that if you stick to one type of alcohol, you don't have to work hard on cure bad hangover. Having variety in alcohol is not fun as it leads to a bad hangover. Avoid having cocktails as they are likely to bring more problems. This is because cocktails are made with a mix of different alcohol types and flavors.

6.Alcohol with bubbles like champagne and sparkling wine directly hits the head. Studies have shown that the effects of bubbles in alcohol increases the delivery of alcohol in the body therefore making you intoxicated faster. To cure hangover, just take a glass of champagne during the toast and then stick to different type.

7.Carbonated mixers accelerate alcohol consumption so prefer having non-carbonated mix to prevent hangover.

8.Have lime or lemon to avoid getting hit immediately. Eat a healthy breakfast if you somehow can't control hangover. It will energize you and cure hangover at the same time.

Have alcohol in the party but in limit if you want to prevent having a hangover or control hangover.
