These days' family,friendship,media,social networking,students,television are not able to live with out social media links including laptop and mobile phones, says a new study.

A survey was conducted as a part of the study, which asked 200 family,friendship,media,social networking,students,television to avoid all media 'just' for one day. They were asked to give a description of their experience, the following day.

Majority of family,friendship,media,social networking,students,television could not help writing a novel about that experience! They wrote more than 110,000 words, which is almost equal to the words containing in a 400-page novel.

Most of them admitted that they were 'incredibly addicted' to the media, the important reason being losing the personal connections. For them, going without media meant going without friends and family.

The family,friendship,media,social networking,students,television complained about how boring it was to go anywhere and do anything without being plugged into music on their MP3 players. They also commented that 'it is better to die' if they have to avoid television on, in the background of their living rooms.

The strongest terms of dislike was the lack of access to the text messaging, phone calling, instant messaging, email and social media networks. It denied them the access even with the friends who lived close by, much less those far away.

"Texting and IM-ing my friends gives me a constant feeling of comfort. When I did not have those two luxuries, I felt quite alone and secluded from my life. Although I go to a school with thousands of family,friendship,media,social networking,students,television, the fact that I was not able to communicate with anyone via technology was almost unbearable," says one student.
