Bride must be 5 years younger, cleverer and also should come from the same background as groom- this is the mathematical formula for the perfect wife, says the experts who have done studies regarding marital relationships. This formula can increase the chances of a long and happy marriage, by five times.

The experts also say that the wife should be atleast 27 percent more intelligent than the husband. She should also hold a degree which he should not. This can increase the chances of an ideal relationship, by up to 20 percent.

The modern marriage is about both the partners having an input in the relationship. In modern marriage, one person can never be dominant over the other, says the experts.

A psychological expert thinks that women are more intelligent in majority of the cases she has seen. So, she adds, she does not find it surprising that women should be more intelligent. This person had interviewed more than 120 people for her recent book on understanding the relationships.
