3D TV sets can operate in a 3D mode in conjunction with LCD shutter glasses, where the TV tells the glasses which eye should see the image that is being exhibited, thereby creating a stereophonic image.
All electronic companies like Samsung, Sony, Panasonic have introduced the new technology. However luxury always comes with a huge price tag. The 3D televisions that would be available in stores very soon is surely a luxury for the rich.
The Samsung and Panasonic 3D TV would be up for sale later this month. Sony will anounce the prices later his year. The cost of these new sets are slated to range from slightly more than high-end 2D LCD models to slightly less than a basic Hyundai Accent.
