The Boss Knows It All!

Bosses seldom believe in excuses
The next time you arrive late for work, don"t start giving excuses to your boss, for employers don't believe excuses for coming in late.

Only 7 per cent of bosses trust the reasons given by their employees for being late to work.

One in five say that the long, over-complicated stories are hardest to believe. Many notice that while lying people avoid making eye contacts.

Many said that hearing the same excuses over and over again made them less convincing. Excuses given on a
Monday morning were even less believable.

Nearly employers say that they have experienced enough to tell when a staff is lying and when did they genuinely got delayed.

A research into the topic revealed top 10 weakest excuses. Topping the list was being unable to wind up the window of a car.

Then came a broken burglar alarm followed by sick pets and spillages.

While 8 per cent of female bosses trust their staff, just 6 per cent of male employers believe what people say for coming late.
