The much awaited annual Jazz Utsav (formerly known as Jazz Yatra) – the high point for jazz lovers in India is back with Bangalore as the first city. Presented by Seagram's 100 Pipers Pure Music, Jazz Utsav 2009 has a great global line up of musicians from seven countries including India. This November Jazz Utsav 2009 is the place to be.

Seagram's 100 Pipers Jazz Utsav 2009 is honored to have Beatle Jazz inspired by the work of The Beatles as one of the main headliners this year along with the world famous STEELY DAN band, namely Wayne Krantz (Guitar) and Anthony Jackson (Bass Guitar). They are joined by two other formidable musicians, Cliff Almond (Drums) and David Binney (Saxophone).

The 3-day event to be held in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi will also have The Nils Olav Johansen Quartet, The Eric Vloeimans Quartet, Andrea Marcelli, Saskia Laroo, The Jarek Smietana Trio and the Thaerichens Tentet.
