2,000 Men Participated In A Group Shaving Event
They had entered the Limca Book of World Records, as the last record was set when 1858 persons held a joint shaving event.
They are also confident that, after their formal application to the Guinness Book of World Records, they will succeed in making a mark in it as well.
Bollywood actress Mugdha Godse, a key supporter of the Shave India Movement since its inception, was also present at the event.
"I'm very happy to be part of this world record event. Gillette had created this world record two to three years back and they have broken their own records," said Godse.
Bollywood actress, Neha Dhupia was also present at the event.
