Who doesn't like a sweet cuddle? Start from the time we children, a sweet cuddle was always something that so pleasing and come adulthood, in your lovers arm, you still look for that sweet innocent of feelings.

Now, it seems, as life is getting tougher, while emotions are taking a back seat in our lives, the latest rage to hit the town are the cuddle parties, that have found high takers among the worked enamored folks, who find it an excellent stress reliever.

Cuddle parties, a concept that came into being almost five years ago, lets people experience clean, safe and welcomed affection. While many are shouting "boo," but given to the fact that affection has become almost nil in our societies, such cuddle parties offer great opportunity for those in emotional needs and are bound to benefit from it.

The brainchild of two self proclaimed relationship coaches, Reid Mihalko and Marcia Baczynski, cuddle party was conceived in Feburary 2004. According to them the cuddle party is a playful social event that is designed for adults to break the communication boundaries and reach out for some affection and love.

The masterminds Reid and Marcia happily boast of the fact that they bring people together at the cuddle party events where all physical contact is sanctioned by the other guests.

At 30 dollars as entry, the cuddle parties offer "strictly non-sexual hugging, stroking, spooning and massaging".
