Shahrukh Khan's New Office
According to sources, the plot where he is building his new office cost Shahrukh Rs 56 crore. He purchased it from Girish and Nanjibhai Patel of Option Developers. The deal was sealed around six months ago. The plot is in high profile khar area of mumbai and it is very near to filmmaker B R Chopra"s office building at the intersection of Ramkrishna Mission Road.
The land was earlier known as 'Watch Tower' had a prayer hall with watch tower. The construction of the office building started few months ago. Sharukh visits the property regularly to oversee the construction work.
The new office spread over 40,000 square feet of land area. Shahrukh's present office for Red Chillies Entertainment is in Lokhandwala, Andheri (W).
