Review: Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azakaban (Fiction)
Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azakaban hit the bookstores globally on July 8, 1999. By that time the number of Potter fans were raising in number and J.K.Rowling became a notable figure in English literature. The publication of the third book in the Potter series refuted her prominence in Children's literature.
Plot
The novel begins at Private Drive where the thirteen year old Harry Potter spends the holidays with his insensitive aunt's family. The usually sour life at Dursleys gets worsened with the visiting aunt Marge's insinuating remarks about Harry's parents and he uses magic out of control by blowing her up. He leaves the house infuriated at the Dursleys.
A large black dog that ominously scares Harry on the night he leaves the house. However nothing dangerous happens and Harry reunites with his friends Hermione and Ron at Leaky Cauldron. He learns that the wizard world is scared of an escaped prisoner Sirius Black.
