Motilal Oswal Financial Services' "Puch Ke Toh Dekho" Campaign Highlights Role Of Women In Investments!
The campaign focuses on increasing the importance around the role of women in finance and investment
Mumbai, 06 March 2023: Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. (MOFSL) launches the "Puch Ke Toh Dekho" campaign to celebrate International Women's Day. With this new campaign, MOFSL is taking a bold step towards breaking stereotypes. Instead of the customary token gestures of flowers and discounts, MOFSL is igniting a conversation around the role of women in finance and investment. The campaign raises a vital question: "When we turn to women for everything, why not turn to them for investments too?" Despite the many achievements of women across various fields, they are still not commonly sought out for investment advice.

The "Puch Ke Toh Dekho" campaign is a reflection of society and aims to create awareness around the importance of women's roles in finance and investment. Motilal Oswal is proud to take this step towards empowering women and breaking down barriers in the world of finance. This campaign is a call to action for everyone to acknowledge and leverage the financial knowledge and expertise of the women in their lives. Along with this, Motilal Oswal is also putting the spotlight on its women employees with a series of "Finspiration" videos. These videos showcase their employees' achievements, stories, and contributions to the company's success, highlighting their strengths and resilience.
Speaking about the campaign, Varun Mundra, Vice President, Brand and Product Marketing said, "At Motilal Oswal, we believe in challenging stereotypes and creating a more inclusive world. The 'Puch Ke Toh Dekho' campaign is our way of starting a conversation around the role of women in finance and investment. We hope that this campaign will encourage everyone to recognize and leverage the knowledge and expertise of women in finance, and take a step towards creating a more equal world."
To draw attention to this issue, MOFSL conducted an on-ground survey in Mumbai to gather opinions from both men and women. Participants were asked questions such as "who helps you with investment?" and "who is your advisor when it comes to investing money?" The responses were an eye-opener, revealing how people often rely on women for life advice but overlook their expertise in financial and investment advice.
