Every year, International Men's Day is observed on 19 November and it is all about celebrating men in our lives. This day aims to celebrate the positive contributions and achievements of men while addressing the challenges and issues that they face.

This day was first celebrated in 1999 by Dr Jerome Teelucksingh, Professor of History, at the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago, to commemorate his father's birth anniversary and it was further used by him to encourage everyone to use this day to bring up issues that concern men and boys.

The theme for International Men's Day 2023 is 'Zero Male Suicide', which focuses on helping men and boys to manage their mental health. We have curated 15 Men's Day messages for you so that you can celebrate the wonderful men in your lives in the best possible way.
